Skills for Navigating Uncertain Times

Many of us feel unsure about how to help make things better in our workplaces, our communities, or globally. More and more of us work in roles that are vaguely defined, or in a context which is constantly changing. Sometimes it feels as if we’re building an airplane as we fly it. By the time it’s built, the specs have changed! 

We may question our personal efficacy, feel isolated, uncertain, and disconnected. But when we look around us, we see people doing things that we would like to be part of. And we too have ideas, hopes, aspirations... So how can we move from being isolated individuals and teams into being part of a wider community and collective effort? 

This course is organized into 3 modules and 14 sessions, and will equip participants with concrete and practical tools, skills and resources.
