Coaching Circle for PUBLIC SERVANTS

Service Description

Coaching Circles provide a way to grow and learn together, nourishing the connections that nourish us. They provide a welcoming space to witness and be witnessed. Practice your coaching skills while listening to the storyteller and to the response that emerges from within you. Each session one person will have the focus of the group as they share a challenge or opportunity that they are facing as a Public Sector Transformer. Peers will provide reflections, rather than advice, from a place of appreciation. Experienced facilitators will cast a supportive field around the circle, keeping time while cultivating a feeling of spaciousness and depth. Skills and personal development goals for coaching circles: - Learn how to use coaching at work to bring out the best in everyone; - Practice giving helpful and kind feedback; - Learn how deep presence and active listening can transform a workplace; - Practice resolving conflicts productively work with your colleagues on the challenge of making a difference in the world without compromising your security. Participants attend all eight bi-weekly sessions. Maximum 6 participants.
