Service Description
Coaching Circles provide a way to grow and learn together, nourishing the connections that nourish us. They provide a welcoming space to witness and be witnessed. Practice your coaching skills while listening to the storyteller and to the response that emerges from within you. Each week one person will have the focus of the group as they share a challenge or opportunity that they are facing as a Public Sector Transformer. Peers will provide reflections, rather than advice, from a place of appreciation. Experienced facilitators will cast a supportive field around the circle, keeping time while cultivating a feeling of spaciousness and depth. Participants attend all seven sessions. Maximum 5 participants.
